Conference Room Setup
If you are in charge of the conference room setup, congratulations. Let’s help you design something just for your unique needs. First let’s start with the size of the room. You need to get measurements of the room, specifically, the space you want to use for a conference table or training tables. Are you using the entire room? Sketch the room space and note the door location.
For the install of this conference room, the area was the back part of the warehouse. The client taped off the area where she wanted with the conference room table and sent us the measurements. With those measurements, we added the conference table that would fit the space and work with the number of employees. The client went with oversized chairs that impacted the number of chairs around the table, but loved by employees.
Break Room Floor Plan
When it comes to a break room floor plan, we need to start again with a sketch of the space to get us some measurements. Here is an example of a break room design we did for a company. The company was rapidly growing and wanted to fit more tables and chairs in their existing break room. They wanted only rectangle tables with no round table. They sent the ACAD for the measurements. Then, we designed a break room that went from 13 existing tables to 22.
